On install day, our crew arrives on time and mechanically profiles the concrete — diamond grinding for residential and lighter commercial jobs, shot blasting for heavy commercial and industrial floors where a deeper, more aggressive surface profile is required. Cracks and joints are repaired before any coating goes down.
We apply the base coat, broadcast your chosen color flakes, then seal with a clear polyaspartic or urethane topcoat. Multiple layers, precisely timed for maximum adhesion and durability.
Once the floor is cured, we do a full walkthrough with you to make sure you're thrilled with the result. We hand you your warranty paperwork and you're done — enjoy your new floor.
We don't quote over the phone and hope for the best. Every estimate includes an in-person visit so we can assess your slab, identify any issues (moisture, cracks, previous coatings), and recommend the right system for your specific space and usage.
This is where we separate ourselves. Most contractors own one grinder and use it on everything. We assess the slab first — then choose the right method. For residential garages and basements, diamond grinding opens the pores and creates the bonding profile the coating needs. For commercial warehouses, fire stations, and high-traffic industrial floors, we use shot blasting — a process that propels steel shot at the surface at high velocity, removing contaminants and creating a deeper, more aggressive profile that heavy-duty coating systems require to bond properly. Acid washing cannot achieve either. Shortcuts here cause failures later.
We apply a multi-layer system — never a single-coat shortcut. The base coat penetrates and anchors to the prepped concrete. Color flakes are broadcast to full rejection for full coverage. The clear topcoat (polyaspartic or urethane) seals everything and provides the chemical and abrasion resistance.
Polyaspartic topcoats cure fast — foot traffic in hours, vehicles next morning. We walk through every square foot with you before we leave. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot. You receive your written 1-year warranty on labor and materials before we go.
